FAQ

What is the difference between Halal Certified and Muslim Friendly?

Halal Certified is used only for an item with current third-party evidence. Muslim Friendly describes checked guest conditions and does not certify an entire kitchen.

Will every join-in tour depart?

No. The default minimum is 12 guests and the final decision is made by the stated deadline. Even a guaranteed date may change for force majeure or safety.

Do I receive a refund if Mt. Fuji is not visible?

Cloud, rain, fog or seasonal visibility alone is not refundable. Road closure or severe weather may require a safe change, postponement or cancellation.

Does the private price include lunch?

The base per-vehicle price includes the vehicle, chauffeur, tolls, parking, fuel and tax. Meals and a live guide are included only when expressly selected and priced.

Will the chauffeur teach halal or religious culture?

A private chauffeur is not sold as a cultural guide. Ask for an available guided add-on when live interpretation is needed.

What if I have a serious food allergy?

Halal and allergen management are different. Ask before booking and rely on the separate confirmation from the supplier and operating team.
