Payment timing and method

Customers booking personally through this website may pay by credit card, Apple Pay when available or bank transfer. The amount, available method and deadline are stated after vehicle and chauffeur confirmation in the booking confirmation, checkout page or invoice. Submitting a booking request does not create an automatic charge.

Service timing

Provided at the agreed date, time and itinerary after the booking is confirmed.

Changes and cancellation

Governed by the Cancellation Policy and the applicable booking confirmation or individual quotation.

Operating model

We operate directly mainly in Kanto and Kansai and may arrange a properly licensed partner according to region, vehicle, quantity or group requirements. The actual carrier is identified when the booking is confirmed.

Online applications

Submission registers a booking request, but acknowledgement alone does not confirm vehicle availability. The contract is formed when we send the booking confirmation. Statutory cooling-off generally does not apply to mail-order transactions in Japan; the displayed cancellation terms apply.
