Three payment methods, provided after your booking details are checked.

Customers booking directly through this website may pay by credit card, Apple Pay on a compatible device, or bank transfer. The amount, available method and deadline are provided in writing after the vehicle and journey are checked. Submitting a booking request does not create an automatic charge.

Credit card, Apple Pay or bank transfer

The booking confirmation or individual payment notice states the available method and deadline. Do not send money using details that are not included in that notice.

01ONLINE PAYMENT

Credit card

Pay on the secure Stripe checkout page provided for your booking.

Accepted cardsUse a card brand shown as accepted on the checkout page.
Identity checkYour card issuer may ask you to confirm the payment with a password or banking app.

GM LIMO does not store your full card number or security code.

02COMPATIBLE DEVICES

Apple Pay

Available when Apple Pay appears on the checkout page on a compatible device and browser.

Before paymentCheck the Apple Pay settings on your device and the terms of the card stored in your wallet.
If Apple Pay is not shownPlease use a credit card or bank transfer.

Display depends on the device, browser, region and card issuer.

03BANK TRANSFER

Transfer to the designated account

Transfer Japanese yen to the Global Miraiz Co., Ltd. account stated in the booking confirmation or invoice.

Check the instructionConfirm that the account name, amount and deadline match your booking reference.
Bank feeThe customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee.

Bank matching may take time. If the deadline is close, contact us after payment with your booking reference.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Check the amount and deadline before paying.

The payment method is determined after the booking details are checked. The booking confirmation, checkout page or invoice governs that booking.

Cash or payment in the vehicle is not a standard method for bookings made through this website. Bookings made through another platform follow that platform's payment terms.

PAYMENT PROCESS

You are not charged when you submit a booking request.

Payment instructions follow the vehicle, chauffeur, journey and price review.

01 Quote or booking request
Submit the journey, passengers, luggage and preferred vehicle. No automatic charge is made.
02 Booking review
We check the vehicle, chauffeur, route, timing, added conditions and final amount.
03 Payment instructions
The confirmation, checkout page or invoice states the method, amount and deadline.
04 Payment confirmation
We match the card payment or bank transfer and send the required booking and travel information.

PAY SAFELY

Make sure the booking reference and payment details match.

If anything is unclear, contact GM LIMO with the booking reference before paying.

Enter card details only at checkout

Never send a card number or security code by email, phone or chat.

Check the amount in Japanese yen

GM LIMO normally prices and bills in Japanese yen. Overseas conversion and fees depend on the card issuer.

Check the bank account name

Use only the Global Miraiz Co., Ltd. account stated in the booking confirmation or invoice.

Check the refund destination

After applicable cancellation charges and committed costs, refunds normally return to the original payment method.
