1. Scope and priority
These terms apply to the website, quotations, booking intake, transport and travel-service arrangements provided by Global Miraiz. An individual quotation, booking confirmation, purchase order or corporate agreement takes priority if it states different conditions. The licensed operating carrier’s conditions may also apply.
2. Quotes and displayed prices
An automatic quote is a tax-inclusive price based on the information entered and the pricing rules then in effect. If an input, map or distance error, excluded charge, unusual road or parking condition, lack of vehicles or system fault is found, we will explain the correction and obtain your approval before re-quoting.
3. Order receipt and contract formation
Submitting the final confirmation registers an order and triggers an acknowledgement email. That acknowledgement records receipt but does not guarantee vehicle allocation. The contract is formed when we confirm the vehicle, operating conditions and any payment requirements and send a service or dispatch confirmation.
4. Passenger and trip information
Provide the actual lead passenger’s reachable international phone number and email. Dates, flight and terminal, locations, stops, passengers, children, luggage and accessibility needs must be accurate. Missing or incorrect information may require a different vehicle, extra charges or refusal of carriage.
5. Charges and payment
Included and excluded items are shown on the quote or confirmation. Waiting, overtime, same-day stops, late-night/early-morning service, meet-and-greet, remote repositioning and special conditions may be charged as disclosed. Payment deadlines and methods are shown in the confirmation, invoice or payment screen.
6. Changes, delay and waiting
A requested change is effective only when accepted by us and may require a new quote or cancellation charge. Flight delays are monitored where practicable, but additional waiting or re-arrangement may be required. Failure to meet at the stated place and time after the applicable waiting period may be treated as a no-show.
7. Vehicles and operating partners
Vehicle images identify a class or representative model. Year, grade, interior, equipment or manufacturer may differ within an equivalent safe capacity. We may arrange a properly licensed operating partner according to region, vehicle type or group requirements.
8. Safety and prohibited conduct
Passengers must follow legal and driver safety instructions. Dangerous or illegal goods, undeclared excessive luggage, smoking, threatening conduct and serious interference with operations are prohibited. Service may be refused when safe operation is not reasonably possible.
9. Force majeure and liability
We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for delay, change or cancellation caused by events outside reasonable control. Except for intent or gross negligence, liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected order, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Law and contact
Japanese law governs these terms. Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court has agreed first-instance jurisdiction where legally permitted. Contact info@g-miraiz.com.
