From arrival to meeting your chauffeur
Complete arrival procedures in the terminal where your flight lands and check the confirmed meeting instructions after entering the public area. Contact us from that terminal rather than transferring elsewhere.
- Enter your flight number and arrival terminal when booking.
- After arrival, complete immigration, baggage claim and customs, then proceed to the arrivals lobby.
- If meet-and-greet was selected, we will meet you in the manner stated in the final confirmation.
- If you cannot find your chauffeur, call the number in your confirmation email or contact GM LIMO.
