From arrival to meeting your chauffeur
From Terminal 1's second-floor arrivals lobby, follow signs toward the Access Plaza. At Terminal 2, follow the terminal's arrival route and then the instructions in your confirmation.
- Enter your flight number and arrival terminal when booking.
- After arrival, complete immigration, baggage claim and customs, then proceed to the arrivals lobby.
- If meet-and-greet was selected, we will meet you in the manner stated in the final confirmation.
- If you cannot find your chauffeur, call the number in your confirmation email or contact GM LIMO.
