From arrival to meeting your chauffeur
At Terminal 1, proceed through the first-floor arrivals lobby. At Terminal 2, follow the relevant domestic or international arrivals area and then the confirmed meeting instructions.
- Enter your flight number and arrival terminal when booking.
- After arrival, complete immigration, baggage claim and customs, then proceed to the arrivals lobby.
- If meet-and-greet was selected, we will meet you in the manner stated in the final confirmation.
- If you cannot find your chauffeur, call the number in your confirmation email or contact GM LIMO.
