From arrival to meeting your chauffeur
Domestic passengers exit through the first-floor arrivals lobby; international passengers use the second-floor arrivals lobby in the international terminal. In winter, follow the latest confirmed instructions, including any road-condition updates.
- Enter your flight number and arrival terminal when booking.
- After arrival, complete immigration, baggage claim and customs, then proceed to the arrivals lobby.
- If meet-and-greet was selected, we will meet you in the manner stated in the final confirmation.
- If you cannot find your chauffeur, call the number in your confirmation email or contact GM LIMO.
